en Drumcarro + Sc craig
The generic varies between Sc craig ‘crag’, emphasising the very rocky nature of the hill, and Sc law ‘hill’. Just how unstable this generic is can be seen in the OSA form with ‘hill’.
Note the different spellings of farm and law on OS Pathf. The remains of hut circles and a broch have been recorded on the site (NMRS NO41SE 4). The remains of the broch are still clearly visible.
