The first element is G fàn ‘slope, lower part’, found also in Ballindean BMO ‘low(er) farm, netherton’. The second element is G clàr ‘flat place’; –ach may have adjectival force here, so ‘flat lower part’, even ‘flat area at the foot of a slope’. The –in is the common locational ending meaning ‘place of’ or ‘place at’.
