There is no sign of a tower here, and NMRS has no record of anything which might suggest the name. Nor is OS Name Book of any help, simply describing Tower Hill as ‘A small ridge situated to the South of Waltonhill farm house and extending to the East from Roundall. The whole of the surface is furze’ (17, 47).
