The 1825 Sasine shows that the lands of Annfield became for a short while Oakley, which then seems to have given its name to Oakley CNK. However, Annfield is now called OS Pathf. Inzievar TOB q.v. It was not uncommon for landowners to call parts of their estates after female members of their families, and this may be the origin of Annfield (as well as Maryfield TOB, nearby, q.v.).
